Should The Town of Evans Consider Combining The Elected Positions of Town Clerk and Receiver of Taxes Into One Elected Position When One Of The Current Office Holders Retires? To Save Taxpayer Dollars, Other Town Have Done This. Grand Island Does Not Have An Assessor But Instead Has Opted To Have The County Perform Assessment Tasks. Is This Something Evans Should Consider?
