How Could The Legislature Authorize Any Spending BEFORE A Lease Was Signed?
Was County Taxpayer's Money Illegally Spent On Private Property?
Where County Workers And Funding Used To Improve Private Property? (See Pix Below).
Were/When Were Building Permits Issued?
Why No Environmental Impact Study Which Would Look At Noise Pollution & Require Public Hearings?
Were Revised Site Plans Filed With The FAA Or Town of Evans?
Why Are Some Evans Officials Supporting A Drag Strip At The Former Angola Airport (After $2,3000,000.00 In Federal Funding) And A Heliport In A Residential Neighborhood?
At The 12-20-2006 Town Board Meeting,
Why Did Town Officials Dodge Questions Regarding The Town's Right By State Law To Determine The Suitability Of The Proposed Heliport?
Why Can't The Heliport Be Located At The Hamburg Airport
Or The Former Mercy Flight Location In Hamburg?

Even Legislator Bob Reynolds Didn't Know About The Heliport Until The Last Minute.
