Evans Town Board

At a special meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Evans, held at the Evans Town Hall,
8787 Erie Road, Angola, New York on Thursday, June 30, 2005 at 3:30pm there were:

Supervisor Catalino called the special meeting to order for the purpose of appointing part time police officers and any other town business that needs immediate attention.

 RESOLUTION 250 Appointment of part time police officers

 Councilman Govenettio moved and Councilman Bartus seconded,

 RESOLVED:   Scott M. Joslyn, 1028 Church Road, Angola, New York 14006 is hereby appointed part time police officer with the Evans Police Department to be called as needed at a rate of $14.85/hour days and afternoons, $16.00/hour midnights.

 RESOLVED:   Douglas M. Tubinis, 36 Lincoln Avenue, Angola, New York 14006, is hereby appointed part time police officer with the Evans Police Department to be called as needed at a rate of $14.85/hour days and afternoons, $16.00/hour midnights.

 RESOLUTION 251 Adjournment

 Supervisor Catalino moved and Councilman Csati seconded to adjourn to the next regular scheduled Town Board meeting on Wednesday, July 20, 2005 at 7:30pm.
