If The Village Town Board Can Be Responsible For The Law Their Board Wrote, Why Can't The Evans Town Board Do The Same?   What About A Probation Period, Say One Year, For Repeat Offenders?   Is Five (5) Days Enough To Clean Up When Garbage Pickup Is Every Seven (7) Days?   What About Higher Fines For Repeat Offenders?
